Getting Started

How do I determine how many Jasprs I need?

One Jaspr is perfect for any space up to 1,600 sq. ft. For homes, we generally recommend one unit per floor. If you have allergies, asthma or difficulty sleeping, we recommend also getting one for your bedroom.

How do I set up my Jaspr?

Simply take it out of the box, pop in the filter, and power it up! You’ll be breathing clean air in no time.

Where should I place my Jaspr(s)?

Place the air purifier in a location that does not restrict the airflow through the top of the unit, or the intake vents around the bottom of the unit.

What do the readings mean on the top of the unit?

The Jaspr Pro has sensors for particulate matter as well as total VOCs. The number on the top of the unit reflects the air quality based on PM2.5 (fine particulate matter) as this size range and below is able to penetrate more deeply into the lungs and cause greater health issues.

How often do I need to replace the filters?

It is recommended that you change your filters every 6 months at minimum. For businesses in poor air conditions or high amounts of VOCs, it’s recommended every 4 months. And for medical use, every 3 months. We offer a lifetime warranty for those who are signed up for JasprCare and have their filters replaced automatically.

How do I replace the filter?

No tools or technicians required. Gently rest the device upside down so that the bottom is facing up. Twist to unlock the chamber. Remove and replace the filter. Twist to lock the lid.

How do I order a new filter?

Since replacing filters is required to maintain the integrity of the machine, it's recommended that all Jaspr Pro purifiers are set up on automatic filter renewal. If you are not yet set up to get your filters automatically replaced (or need an extra filter), contact us at 1-800- 300-7265.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once your order is placed you should receive an order confirmation email within 20-30 minutes. You will then receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Within your Jaspr self-service member portal, you can also view the latest order status. Your order will be listed under the Order History section.

When will my order ship?

Typically orders ship within 1-3 business days.

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days and shipping can take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Warranty & Returns

What is your return policy?

The Jaspr Pro has a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your receipt of the product.

For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information. To the extent allowed by applicable law, products purchased from an unauthorized retailer are not covered by our return policy.

What is the warranty on a Jaspr Pro?

We offer a lifetime warranty for those who are signed up for JasprCare and have their filters replaced automatically. For those who choose to order filter replacements manually, we offer a 1-year warranty. The reason for this is regular filter replacement is required for unit maintenance, and we cannot guaranty machines that are not maintained properly.

How do I get a replacement for my device?

In order to assist you in the best possible way, click here to open a warranty claim ticket. As soon you fill out the short form, you will be contacted by a JasprCare specialist to guide you through the process.

If I am leasing my Jaspr Pro, how do I get a replacement?

Troubleshooting

Fan randomly ramps up.

Is there aerosol nearby? If yes, move the unit.

Is there a humidifier in the home or nearby? Be sure you are using distilled or deionized water in your humidifier. Tap water in a humidifier can cause minerals, bacteria, and other particulates in the water to become airborne, impacting your air quality which the Jaspr Pro senses and works to correct..

Unit randomly turns off.

Jaspr has a tilt sensor to automatically turn it off if it tips or is on unstable ground. Make sure your unit is on an even surface. If you are still having issues, try shaking the unit to loosen the tilt sensor.
