Shipping and Returns Policy

At Jaspr, we strive to provide you with a smooth shopping experience and high-quality products. Please read our shipping and returns policies carefully.


Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within 3 business days while we are in stock. Delivery typically takes 1-4 business days.

We offer free shipping.

Please note that during periods of back orders or holiday seasons, shipping times may be longer than usual.

We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy if the product’s performance does not meet your expectations. This is a full refund. However, the following condition applies:

Units used in environments such as construction, infection control, wildfire smoke, or areas with physical or elevated airborne mold levels are not eligible for return.

No Returns for Wildfire Smoke Situations

Due to the increased demand during wildfire smoke situations, returns for Jaspr units ordered or used during such events are not permitted. This policy prevents misuse of our products as a temporary solution without the intention to keep them long-term. If you experience any issues with your unit during this time, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

PLEASE KEEP THE BOX

Hold on to the box and packaging initially, if you do decide to return your Jaspr. Customers who do not keep the box will need to have one shipped for the return, which will result in $75 being deducted from the refund.

 

Defective Units

Through our JasprCare Warranty Program, if any unit is found to have manufacturing defects, we will replace it at no extra charge, including all shipping costs. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction and confidence in your purchase.

 

Warranty Note

Jasprs used outside of North America are not covered under any warranty.
