Jaspr Air Scrubber

My husband and I are very happy with our purchase of 2 units we've been using for a year now. The first night we slept so well and I actually stopped snoring immediately! I have sleep apnea and have been waking up much more refreshed than I have since childhood. Our air quality reads only 008 in our bedrooms but when I cook the units will turn up higher across the whole house to eliminate smoke! Impressive! We have one in our toddler's room so this makes me feel like she's safer.

When my wife first bought the Jaspr, I was a bit skeptical due to its high cost. However, there have since been two events that have made converted me into a Jaspr customer for life. First, the Canadian forest fires earlier this summer. Living in Chicago, we had a few days of heavy smoke. Even with our windows closed the particulate meter registered in the 150s (normally around 4-10). The hallways of our high rise building smelled of smoke, but our apartment air was clean and no smoke odor noticeable. Fires aside, living in the Chicagoland area leads me to be concerned about long term exposure to air pollution. Our Jaspr filter gives me peace of mind that the air inside our home is clean.

Second was this morning, we had a faulty toaster which caused our new home's kitchen to fill with thick smoke. I moved the Jaspr from our bedroom to the kitchen area when the meter maxed out around 500. After about 15 minutes the air was back to its normal base line. The smoke odor is also gradually decreasing as the filter runs. It's been on my list to write a review, and this morning's incident was a reminder to do so.

Additionally, my wife has asthma and allergies. With two pets and a baby on the way, clean air indoors is a must for us. If anyone is in a similar boat, or was skeptical like myself, Jaspr is one of the best appliance purchases we have made. Well done, Jaspr team!

I tried various purifiers from AUSTIN air , IQ air , intellipure, and Medify. I’ve had jaspr for over a year now …The jaspr is very sleek , and extra points for it looking great in my living room, but I can honestly say I don’t notice a huge difference between the quality of this one and something half the price like Medify. But here’s wear Jasper loses a lot of points for me. Is it constantly becomes unplugged from the back of the unit. You can just walk by and barely touch something that might be touching the cord and , boom it’s unplugged. You can just look at it the wrong way across the room, and it will literally unplug ( that’s a joke but that’s how it feels. ) It is so frustrating and multiple times through the week …I’m noticing it wasnt working because it became unplugged and I have to push the plug back into the back of the unit. Very frustrating. I take my indoor air quality very serious as I have thousands and thousands of dollars invested in air purification and it’s quite frustrating to know my most expensive unit becomes unplugged so easily. I even tried to finagle the cord in the corner pressed that against the wall wrapped around the leg of furniture, it just happens all the time. Don’t believe all the influencer reviews. Remember, they’re getting paid., I’m not .
