Let’s start with customer service. 5 out of 5! Mike personally sent me multiple voice notes answering all my questions before we made our purchase. Who even does that? Amazing. Tracking of our items? 5 out of 5! They let you know each step. Emails in general? Just enough to let you know updates or good learning information. Normally, companies slam you with emails daily. Not Jaspr! I actually really enjoy the information they have on their IG account also.

It works just like they promise. It really helped us during cedar season. It’s made very well. The filter change could not be easier! I have not even thought about air quality when cooking. Wow! I do now! Jaspr always knows when I am cooking! I was shocked when it turned red for the first time.
I absolutely love that you can turn the light off on your Jaspr at night. We use it as a sound machine and love it.
Is this a big purchase? Yes. Is it worth it? Yes. The lifetime warranty and customer service were a huge selling point for me. We even purchased one for our college student. I was worried about the air quality in a dorm. I will have a separate review for the college life.
