I’m so glad we got to experience the presentation at the “Hack Your Health” conference in Austin! TX this year. I’ve been experiencing side pulmonary side effects from a cancer treatment and knew I had to (literally) get my house in order. We ordered two units and have been amazed how they’re able to detect and remove contaminants in the air…especially from cooking. In addition to purchasing our Jaspr’s, We had the air ducts in our 4 year old house cleaned and I didn’t expect to see the filth that came from that process. Now, with the new Jaspr’s and clean duct work, I can breathe easier!

Knowledge is the most powerful thing and health is the most important. Ever since becoming a mother it has been very important to me continue to learn about my health. During my pregnancy I was exposed to living with black mold and had to relocate for a few months. I bought many purifiers after but I never never really felt my air was clean enough or being cleaned after I moved back home. I literally kept saying I just wish I knew if my air was cleaned up or not. I had horrible anxiety when my baby was just born worried if mold was growing back or not.And then the universe heard me or maybe Siri because that week jaspr episode came out-

I love listening to the skinny confidential because I swear i feel like I learn something new all the time. When I listened to the jaspr episode I was like I must get this!Don’t get me wrong but when I first looked at the price i gulped I was like omg I really want this but it’s an investment. Then I thought about how easy it is for me to quickly spend on a $6 latte a day and I was like wait-this is for my health and my families health. We breathe without even thinking and our bodies our lungs deserve better.

Within 24 hours I was ready to make the purchase to get the cleanest air possible in my home. We live in La so the air pollution is high and I live with four animals and my one year old. It has been the best investment in my life. I love knowing how clean my air is, seeing what I cook affects the air and seeing jaspr hard at work…

I'm only mad at myself for not knowing this existed before; when I turned it on (after a ridiculously easy setup process), I was kind of bummed my air quality was a 4 (which is green = good) and thought, well, guess my home air quality is already good. THEN I showered sprayed my heat protectant spray and other hair products in my bathroom across the room and heard it whirring and watched the air quality go up to 79 (in the red) as it was filtering out the toxicity. Later that night, I cooked shrimp in my air fryer (again, across the house in my kitchen) and watched it go up to 105 in the extreme red as it was filtering out more cooking oil/whatever else it sent out into the air. I have a Whoop strap and not only has my Heart Rate Variability gone up to the 70s after being in the 50s for 4 years, literally overnight after the first night, I feel like my body is fully recovered/rested and my sleep is better. Buying one for my office as well. 10/10 happy with this purchase!
